Ray j slapped with sexual battery by DA even though the cops say otherwise

The L.A county D.A  has charged the artist with 10 crimes in connection with his drunken behaviour last may. along with other charges the D.A also slammed him with sexual battery. but the cops think otherwise, they say it was not a sexual battery but an accidental contact not done intentionally. he was at a bar in beverly hills wilshire hotel when he became rowdy and brushed up against a woman butt and was asked to leave.  well the D.A still thinks its sexual battery .He left the bar in an alcoholic rampage. he got arrested , and he proceeded to spit on a cop and kicked out the windows of a police car claiming he was claustrophobic.
