President seeks $1bn loan to fight Boko Haram

President Goodluck Jonathan has forwarded a letter to lawmakers to urgently approve a bill of $1bn international loan to help fight against the islamic terrorist sect BOKO HARAM. It was read at the house of senate and house of reps. he stated that the loan was needed to upgrade the training and logistics of the armed forces and security services. We all hope all this will come to an end soon enough. Too many blood has been spilt.
